Locally owned and operated in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, RW Medical was founded in 2018 by a group of healthcare professionals with the aim of providing greater access to medical equipment services in rural areas.
While setting out to achieve this goal, RW Medical soon realized the shortfalls rural communities were facing: medical supplies sales reps from big companies over promising and under delivering, delays and missing items on orders, outrageous travel expenses for medical equipment repairs and expensive shipping rates were common trends amongst the healthcare community.
To help overcome these challenges, RW Medical became a full medical solutions provider to support healthcare professionals in the community:

Through a network of vendor partnerships, RW Medical stocks thousands of commonly used medical supplies in the North, offering a faster service for the community. Plus, by operating as a more compact company compared to some of the larger vendors , customers have access to completive pricing without any commitments. Lastly, with free local delivery, flat rate and free shipping options available across Canada, customers can take advantage of ordering supplies right to their door.
2. Medical Equipment Service
RW Medical's unique medical equipment service program stems from years of past experience working as a biomedical technologist for hospitals across the province. With the capability and knowhow to service hundreds of devices found in a healthcare setting including operating rooms and intensive care units, RW Medical provides their customers access to an affordable option for their medical equipment maintenance and repair requirements.
3. Customer Focused Support
RW Medical is proud to offer a switch board free customer support experience. Every call is answered by a knowledgeable representative limiting the amount of time spent on the phone. As well, RW Medical understands how each of their customers needs are different and flexibility is a must to ensure customers can operate the way their organization works best.
